To Parents
- Kindly send your child in clean and ironed clothes / complete uniform daily.
- The parents should check the almanac everyday for messages from the teacher as well as use the almanac to communicate with the teachers. Leave application, sick leave needs to communicate to the teachers through the almanac.
- The child should be brought to school in time for each shift. If the child reaches the school earlier, parents should not leave the school premises until the teacher takes charge.
- The school authorities should be informed about the identity of the person who will be bringing taking the child from school every day.
- The school expects the child to attend school regularly. If the child remains absent (for more than 2 days, the teacher should be informed in writing at the earliest).
- No child will be allowed to leave before the scheduled hours unless valid reason is cited.
- The parents are not allowed to enter the classroom during school hours.
- Parents should not send any valuable items with their children to the school.
- The school authorities and / or Zee Learn will not be responsible for the loss of the same or for any harm caused to the children because of the same.
- An extra set of clothes along with under clothes should be kept in the school throughout the year. (If the clothes are soiled and taken home, they should be replaced the next day without fail)
- We enjoy celebrating children’s birthday in school, but we request parents to co-operate with the school authorities. Children can come with their party dress to class. The class can celebrate the child’s birthday by wishing him / her and making a card for the child.Parents must avoid giving sweets / toys / party favors to children individually.
- Parents are expected to read the notices from time to time regarding holidays & other activities of the school.
- Parent – teacher meeting are held to keep the parents undated withtheir child’s development at school. It provides a platform for the parents to discuss their child’s progress as well as concerns with the teacher. Hence it is advised that both the parents attend all Parent teacher meetings as arranged at the school from time to time.

- Children will be taken on filed trips to various places in and around the city once in every month. Ensure to fill up the field trip permission from at the time of enrollment so that your child can particular in all the trip permission form at the time of enrollment so that your child can participate in all the trip. If the parents wish to exclude their child from a particular field trip, kindly inform the teacher about the same. Whenever there is a field trip please send the child in the KIDZEE uniform along with identity card and the KIDZEE cap.
